Swipe has now made it easier to pull important financial payment information about your tenants. In the payment section of the CMS, we have a dedicated reports tab with multiple options to pull useful, commonly used financial reports from the system. Amongst the most common reports is an Outstanding Debtors report. This reports on all tenants that have payments yet to be made in alignment with your scheduled payment dates. This report has been proved extremely useful for our customers when it comes to rent due dates and chasing payments. We also have an automatically generated report for Upcoming Payments, allowing landlords and letting agents to track income due and dates monies are expected in their account, great for financial planning. Historically landlords and letting agents have always encountered the ‘Failed Direct Debit’ issue where, most commonly, the tenant’s account doesn’t have sufficient funds in the account to make their rent payment. Now, with the Swipe CMS, our customers have the ability to report on all failed direct debits. While simple in its functionality, the report quickly becomes a ‘Go-to’ report when rent due dates come around. Of course, we have the transactions tab on the system which in itself is very insightful when checking who’s made payments at a quick glance. Sometimes however, as a landlord or letting agent, you may want to delve deeper and check all payments that have come in. This is another great report feature we offer that at the click of a button you can download the information in a simple, easy to read CSV or Excel file. Swipe customers no longer struggle or dread rent due dates because they’re made so easy with the system. We offer trail periods and free demonstrations of the system to all landlords across the UK, get in touch today to book an appointment with one of our sales team.
